They recently performed together in Marondera, Chinhoyi, Harare and all the shows were sold out.
Suluman or simply Sulu to his fans and Jah Prayzah have seen their fortunes skyrocketing in recent months because of the success of their latest albums. Sulu launched his album “Syllabus” late last year while Jah Prayzah released his album “Tsviriyo” in April.
The pair has become a favourite of many especially when they stage joint shows. Interestingly, they bring great energy on stage. Fans should look forward to a top-drawer performance from the musicians. The two who have claimed their place among Zimbabwe’s top musicians have also evolved from just singers to entertainers.
Sulu is no longer riding on his late father’s fame but is now his own man. With four albums up his sleeve Sulu is proving to all and sundry that he is not a one- hit wonder.
However, he makes sure he includes the classics like “Ndarangarira Gamba”, “One Way” and “Pane Asipo” on his playlist which talk about Zimbabwe’s independence.
These are some of the songs the dendera prodigy is expected to dish out at the concert. Jah Prayzah is getting better with each outing. As part of his choreography he fuses military drills on stage.
