Jah Prayzah to tour Vic Falls, Hwange, Byo

CONTEMPORARY musician and man-of-the-moment Jah Prayzah, will next week begin a national tour to give those outside Harare a taste of his sixth album Jerusarema.

The tour will start with a performance in Victoria Falls at a private function on October 15 before he proceeds to Hwange on the following day for a show at the Hwange Stadium. In Hwange, he will be joined by sungura king Alick Macheso, Zimdancehall artiste Killer T, Botswana’s Charma Gal and gospel musician Fungisai Mashavave.

Bulawayo fans will have another opportunity to watch the artiste perform Jerusarema, Eriza and Chinamira live when the tour comes to the Amphitheatre on October 17. He will perform alongside Killer T who is rocking airwaves with hit, Itai Ndione as well as fast-rising Bulawayo hip hop artiste Nkanyiso “Guluva Seven” Moyo. “Most people outside Harare haven’t had the opportunity to witness Jah Prayzah performing his latest album – Jerusarema live on stage. This is why we’ve decided to embark on the national tour,” Jah Prayzah’s new manager, Keen Mushapaidze said.

He said Jah Prayzah who is on tour in the United Kingdom is expected back home on Friday for a performance at Oliver Mtukudzi’s birthday bash in Harare.
