JAZZ CROONER DENOUNCES DRUG ABUSE

Entertainment Reporter

AFRO jazz crooner, Brian “Mukore Kore” Nyahuma, has vowed to use his influence to fight drug abuse.

He believes musicians, and other influential people, should use their talent to fight this cancer.

Nyahuma has released a single titled Hope.

“With a number of social ills like drug abuse and suicides on the rise, the onus is on artists to try and educate as well as give hope to the society,” he said.

Nyahuma collaborated with Ambassador Ronald K, a professional MC, and three other artists, on the song.

The group is working under the name Hope.

“Hope is a group comprising seasoned artists, Brian Mukore kore Nyahuma, an Afro Jazz artist, a creative health advocate who is involved in promoting social justice and human development by raising awareness on different social issues.

“Sir Liberty, Ambassador Ronald K and the Philharmonic are some of the artists included.

“We have collaborated on the song Hope because we are looking forward to a bright future.

“It is our hope as a group to continue making music that will give hope in every situation and, in the process, transform our community.”
