UK-based rapper and trap music artist, Cavali Don, says he wants to put Zimbabwe on the world map through music.

Don believes his talent will take him places after making the breakthrough in Europe.

In an interview with H-Metro, the 29-year-old said he was ready to show the world what Zimbabweans are made of.

“When I started I used to do freestyles and play around in the studio with my friends.

“I never thought I would make it big.

“I took music seriously at 25. I’m based in London, I lived in Zimbabwe for nine years, then moved to London.

“I plan to release good quality and entertaining music that brings together different cultures.

“I want to show the rest of the world that Zimbabwe is lit through building a bridge of music and artistry with London.

He added:

“I have released 17 singles and an album is in the making so far and the reception has been amazing, especially from big artists from Zimbabwe.

“It’s overwhelming to see your country being proud of you.

“My fans should expect consistency and high quality music because l have been working hard to deliver the best music to ever come out of the country.

“In April/May I will drop my biggest song yet, huge budget video, big vibes, big song.

“I aim to drop a new music project every six to eight weeks.”
