FOOTBALL legend David Beckham embraces his basketball idol Michael Jordan on holiday.
The sporting giants had lunch in sunny Ibiza along with their wives.
David, 51, wrapped an arm around fashion designer Victoria, 52, while Michael, 63, cosied up to Cuban model Yvette Prieto, 48.
At one point, former Manchester United and England star David, who is about 6ft tall, smiled as he looked up to 6ft 6in Michael.
When he left United for Real Madrid in 2003, David opted for the No 23 jersey – the same Michael wore for the Chicago Bulls.
He previously revealed he was starstruck after meeting Michael for the first time at a restaurant.
He recalled: “Even though he was sat at a table with Madonna and a couple of others, I was looking straight at him.”
“Victoria just nudged my leg and said, ‘Stop embarrassing me’.”
When Madge sent over champers, David and Vic went over to say hello. He said: “Michael stood up and I shook his hand and his whole hand covered the whole of my arm.” — Sun.
