JP returns to ghetto

TOP musician Jah Prayzah is set to headline the Summer Concert set for Werras Park in Glen View 1 this Friday.

The show marks the 3G Band leader’s return to the ghetto in two years – his last being the appreciation he held in Budiriro before the Covid-19 pandemic outbreak.

He will be supported by Progress Chipfumo and Cymplex Sound.

Jah Prayzah confirmed the event on his social media platforms with fans excited with the news.

“Another exciting weekend coming up ? GLEN VIEW/NYANGA,” posted Jah Prayzah.

The venue, located at new Glen View 1 shops, has become a partying place of choice of late, hosting a number of popular entertainers.

Owned by music promoter and entrepreneur, Samuel ‘Boss Werras’ Saungweme, the venue has so far hosted top artistes like Alick Macheso, Winky D, Killer T, Freeman, Seh Calaz, Baba Harare and Andy Muridzo.

The venue recently hosted a number of dancehall musicians when they celebrated record label- Cymplex Records’ fifth anniversary.
