Junior Brown, Winky D in sizzling duet

anytime soon.
While Junior Brown refused to give the exact dates for the release of the “sizzling” duet, it appears the highly anticipated track will stir up things in hip-hop/dancehall music circles.
“It is work in progress with the Ninja President, I will let you know when the house is in order because the song will be on my forthcoming album coming out before year end. This is a touch of two great powerhouses to ever grace Zimbabwean music scene.

“I have been on the grind and I am focusing on maintaining my reputation of giving fans what they want. We’re hoping to create hype when the track is hours away from release, so for now I cannot give you all the details, just know it’s going down,” said Junior Brown.

The Mbare-based hip-hop artiste, who hogged the limelight last year following the release of the ladies’ favourite song “Madrinks”, has never looked back. He recently teamed up with another talented hip-hop artiste and Nama Award winner, Tehn Diamond, and the pair is doing wonders among artistes of their age. Junior Brown described Tehn Diamond as a brother and hoped to continue working together.

“You know we’re the ‘few kings’ who have the game on, my brother Tehn has so much similarities with me and that alone strengthened our relationship music wise. He is one musician who is hardworking,” he said.

The “Madrinks” hitmaker has been churning out hit after hit much to the delight of his fans. His fusion of Shona and English won him the hearts of both “ghetto” and “upmarket” fans.

Previously he has done collaborations with Roki, Cindy, Simba Tags and Tehn Diamond.
“Breezy”, as Junior Brown is now popularly known, has vowed to maintain his standards and looks forward to working with different musicians across all genres. His latest collaboration with “The Ninja President” could be the next big thing on the music scene since it brings together two of the best from dancehall and hip-hop.
