The country yesterday recorded 83 new Covid-19 positive cases and 11 deaths.
All 83 are local cases with Harare recording the highest of 35 cases.
A total of 3561 tests were done and the positivity rate stood at 2.3 percent.
A total of 182 new recoveries were recorded and the national recovery rate stood at 84.2percent and active cases down to 4029.
“As of February 10, at 3pm, there were 117 hospitalised, 64 mild to moderate cases, 35 severe, and 9 in intensive care unit,” reads an update from the Ministry of Health and Child Care.
The Ministry said as of yesterday, the country has recorded 34864 cases, 29471 recoveries and 1364 deaths.
