FOR the umpteenth time!

Relegation threatened Hwange have reportedly parted ways with head coach Nation Dube amid revelations that former Highlanders goalkeeper Edmore “Mamkhwebu” Sibanda as well as Obert “Cobra” Moyo have taken charge of the team.

While Hwange administrator, Khumbulani Mbano, could neither confirm nor deny the development referring all questions to club chairman Butholezwe Dube, a well-placed source said: “…. Even calls to dissolve entire Hwange executive have grown louder.”

Dube’s last day in office was on Sunday when they were handed a 3-2 home defeat by Herentals. With two games to go before the conclusion of the 2019 season, Chipangano are second from the bottom with 33 points, three ahead of already demoted Mushowani Stars.

Under Dube’s guidance this season, the coalminers posted seven wins, 12 draws and same number of 12 loses. They have a goal difference of minus 11.
