JUST IN: President in Vic Falls for conferring of the city

 

 

President Mnangagwa signs the freeman roll and also receives a scroll to show his acceptance of the freedom of the city.

 

President Mnangagwa tours the Victoria Falls Bridge where he gave a brief account of how he was freed into Zambia in 1972 following his incarceration by the Ian Smith regime of the Rhodesia government.

 

 

President Mnangagwa has arrived and signed the visitors book and unveils a plaque to officially confer Victoria Falls as a city.
