Justin Bieber looks to be having a ton of fun while shooting a music video with his model friend Chantel Jeffries in Panama.
But on Tuesday two reports emerged suggesting the Believe star is sick of it all. RadarOnline insisted he is ready to move out of the same Calabasas neighbourhood where he was accused of egging a neighbour’s house.

No wonder Billy Ray Cyrus told Access Hollywood he wants to take the “Baby” star to Tennessee for a time out. “Let’s go up to the teepee, build a fire, step away and just, you know, maybe take a break for a little bit,” the country singer said.

Justin’s publicist had no comment to MailOnline.

Justin has yet to address his Thursday DUI arrest in Miami, where he was also cited for resisting arrest and driving on an expired license.

Instead, he has been spending time with his father Jeremy, girlfriend Chantel, and other members of his entourage as his manager Scooter Braun and mentor Usher as well as his mother Pattie Mallette have reportedly visited him at the beach side location to urge him to get help.

Radar’s report that the star wants to quit the business stems from his exhaustion. “Justin told Scooter and Usher he needs to take a break from making music and touring,” a source told the site.

“He complained that he toured for most of last year and he hasn’t had a chance to catch his breath.

“Justin wants to take control of his life and not be out on the road in a different city every other night,” a source added to Radar.

The “Never Say Never”singer is interested in opening a tattoo parlour.

“They have talked about it for a very long time. It’s his dream for it to be a very high-end parlour, unlike anything currently out there,” a source told the site.

The insider also said the star’s team is worried this means he will just continue his party rampage.

“Everyone respects Justin’s desire for some down time, but too much idle time is when he typically gets in trouble,” said the insider.

Also on his mind is a change of scenery.

The “Beauty And A Beat” singer became disenchanted with his exclusive gated community an hour outside of Hollywood after alleged fights with neighbour Keyshawn Johnson, who just sold his house to Kourtney Kardashian.

Things got worse when the teen was accused of egging another neighbour’s house (this comes after the star allegedly spit on and threatened to kill the man) and sheriffs raided his home for evidence, which resulted in his friend Lil Za being arrested for drug possession.

Detectives are still interested in presenting a case to prosecutors, according to the New York Daily News. – Daily Mail.
