Kadewere’s future still uncertain at Lyon

ANKARA. — ZIMBABWE international striker Tino Kadewere, who is not in Lyon’s new season planning, was recommended to Turkish football giants Galatasaray. 

If Okan Buruk approves, action will be taken for the transfer.

Kadewere, who was not considered in the Lyon squad next season, was offered to the Yellow-Reds, who wanted to strengthen the offensive line, by the managers, through the managers.

Coach Buruk will make the final decision for the 26-year-old Zimbabwean striker. If Buruk reports positive for Kadewere, action will be taken.

Kadewere, whose main position is striker, can play on both wings. Zimbabwe, who played 53 games for Lyon, performed 11 goals and 3 assists.

The French press also confirmed this transfer event. Underlining that Lyon did not consider the player in the squad and that Kadewere was looking for a club, the French said, “Kadewere’s future is uncertain”.

The Zimbabwean player, who was transferred from Le Havre for 12 million euros in January 2020, was far from expectations. — Fanatik.com.
