Katy Perry puts ‘heartbreak’ home on special offer

“Park Hill’’ is currently on the market for just over US$$6 million — the songstress originally paid US$6,5 million for it back in June 2011.
Ironically, the removal vans had never moved their furniture inside before the couple got divorced and the huge property has remained empty ever since.

Mediterranean

She officially listed it in April 2013 but has further slashed the price in a bid to attract a buyer.
Built in 1921, the significant Mediterranean residence has two-storey grand entry that continues into two-storey living room overlooking all of Los Angeles and the city’s dramatic skyline.

The property has a separate two-storey guest house that was formerly a caretaker’s apartment on the lower level and a Carriage House on the second level for vehicle storage.
In 2004, another guest house was built and could be used as a private residence, and it comes complete with a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom.

Located behind the star-studded Chateau Marmont Hotel the property has a lushly landscaped backyard containing a lagoon-style pool with waterfall and small bridges.
Katy (28) has already moved on in the property stakes since her divorce from Russell.

She recently splashed out US$11,5 million on two adjacent properties in the Hollywood Hills — on one of the lots is a contemporary 2 916 square feet living space while on the other is a 3 884 square feet Spanish style home.

So, Katy just need to get rid of her huge Hollywood estate and all property memories of Russell will be erased forever. — The Daily Mail.
