ALL roads lead to Kadoma this Friday as the mining town hosts one of its growing winter parties at the Odyssey Hotel.
Dubbed ‘JulyFest’, the show has grown over the years to become one of the go-to events in Kadoma with top international and Zimbabwean acts having performed in previous years.
This year, organisers have included a line-up of local acts, including man-of-the-moment Killer T, Master H, Enzo Ishall, Holy Ten, Bling4 and Poptain.
They will share the stage with Pintec and Mc Tyrateey.
Killer T has taken centre stage after his latest release, ‘Kana Ndanyura.’
His song has garnered over three million views on YouTube.
Mc Tyrateey, who is the only female artist on the line-up, feels this is her time to shine.
“I am excited to be part of the event and to share the stage with some great artists in the country.
“I have what it takes and, as the only female performer, I will take the opportunity to show the world what a woman can do in a male-dominated industry,” said Mc Tyrateey.
Show organiser, Dee Nosh, says they all set for the festival.
“The advance tickets are selling well and we are anticipating a much bigger crowd than previous years.
“It’s a winter show and we urge every patron to be warm as they come for the festival.
“All the artists have been confirmed and we are ready for the party,” said Dee Nosh.
Limited advance tickets are going for US$5 and US$15 for VIP.
Tickets are available at the hotel, at any Cosy Rules shops and at Joint Pharmacy in Chegutu.
