Kingdom boss wins top award

Awards Dinner held at Rainbow Towers Hotel in Harare last Friday.
Kingdom Bank Limited was second runner-up in the Service Excellence Awards (Financial Services Sector category),

The most focused executive of the year award rewards executives who have demonstrated vision and leadership in building the organisation with strong customer regard. It also recognises organisations with customer-centric culture while the Service Excellence Award for sectors recognise excelling organisations in the consumer facing industry.

AfrAsia Kingdom Zimbabwe Limited is an investment holding company with interests in the financial services sector. Through its operating subsidiaries and associates, AKZL offers a wide range of financial services distributed through subsidiaries such as Kingdom Bank, MicroKing Finance, Kingdom Asset Management and Kingdom Stockbrokers.

Mrs Mukonoweshuro thanked AKZL staff for the teamwork saying without them, she wcould not have received the award.

“Through our payoff line ‘Greater as One’, we value our customers’ feedback and comments. In pursuit of this objective, AKZL customer call centre operates 24 hours a day,” she said.
She said as they continuously strive to serve their customers better, they would be celebrating expanding their footprint in Harare.

AKZL has just opened a new, more spacious Kingdom Bank branch along Samora Machel Avenue at Karigamombe Centre, which started operations on September 10 2012. 
Mrs Mukonoweshuro said: “We are also in the process of relocating our Kingdom Bank Gweru branch to a new site, which will be bigger and more spacious. We have

added two new MicroKing Finance branches in Murehwa and Gokwe for the convenience of our MicroKing clients.
“To help support our branch network, we have 27 ATMs strategically positioned around the country for the convenience of our clients,” she said,

The Zimbabwe Service Excellence Awards ceremony is organised and managed by the Contact Centre Association of Zimbabwe in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, Consumer Council of Zimbabwe and Zimbabwe Tourism Authority.
It is conducted in honour of organisations and individuals that excel in premium customer service delivery.
