Kurainashe donates borehole to Mazowe community

Mazowe based non-governmental organisation, Kurainashe in partnership with Healing Hands International yesterday donated a borehole to the rural community of Mvurwi as an initiative to complement Government efforts in providing safe and clean water.

Speaking during the handover of the borehole to the community Kurainashe director Mrs Tsitsi Mugweni emphasised on the importance of water to promote sustainable livelihoods for the community as well as fighting the Covid-19 pandemic.

“Healing Hands and Kurainashe are pleased to handover the borehole to the community through its leadership.

” Clean water is critical especially during this Covid 19 pandemic where cleanliness is a neccessity, ” she said.
