‘Kwinji 15’ new Mighty Warriors coach

ZIFA have confirmed the appointment of Sithethelelwe ‘Kwinji 15’ Sibanda as Mighty Warriors coach.

The national association settled for her after inviting her to come for interviews last month.

This was after only two candidates had responded to the advertisement, Zifa then handpicked some who had applied last year.

Among those Sibanda who has previous stints as a player, assistant coach and head coach was preferred with Zimpapers Sports Hub breaking the story in August.

Sibanda guided Chapungu to the first Hearts Cup triumph at the weekend.
