SONGSTRESS La Dee has retraced back to her broadcasting roots as tonight she will be making her maiden appearance on Skyz Metro FM.

A former radio host on South Africa’s Hillbrow FM and Eswatini’s Hala Radio, La Dee is set to host “The Late Night Show” every Tuesday from 9 pm till midnight.

La Dee said she is pleased to be plying the broadcasting trade in her homeland.

“Today is my first day at Skyz Metro FM, and I’m so excited as being given this opportunity is a ladder step up for me, and I’m grateful. I’ve done radio broadcasts before where l was hosting Spheth’Ezishisayo on Hillbrow Radio, then my wings were spread across to Hala Radio in Swaziland, where I hosted “The Love Drive” with La Dee every weekday.

“My latest gig hits different because there’s no place like home. People should expect some fresh vibes, touch base on reality, unfiltered truth, high-end music and the dissection of modern life in the City Of Kings,” said La Dee.

On balancing her music career and broadcasting, she said, “I believe from my experience, I will be able to manage and maintain both music and radio, because this is more of a calling for me and it’s something I love wholeheartedly. I promise my music family that this is no distraction as I will definitely deliver more music,” said La Dee.
