Lady B begs for support

CONTROVERSIAL Zimdancehall artist, Lady B, says she is looking forward to more support from fans and fellow artists in marketing her forthcoming album.

The chanter, who used to ride on explicit content, said she was now singing clean lyrics.

She told H-Metro she has taken the right path now and has chosen to release music that inspires and entertains the audience.

“We all make mistakes, but when one realises her mistake, and rectifies her mistakes, that person deserves support.

“I am looking forward to more support from my fellow artists, and fans, on this new clean album,”she said.

The Yekedero singer says she is also ready to attract new audiences through her upcoming album.

“People criticised me because of my erotic videos and I lost a lot of audiences.

“As an artist, I need fans, without fans I can never be successful in the music industry, ndenge ndatopera zve.

“Honestly, I need everyone’s support in the music industry in order for my career to prosper,” said Lady B.

She added:

“This year, I’m only focusing on my new album, no other projects are coming, apart from the album.

“I took my time on this project and am still taking my time, there is no need for speed because it has to be perfect.

“I wanted to release the album, accompanied by visuals but, unfortunately, I don’t have money.

“I have faith that I will also release visuals as time goes on.”
