LATEST: Bulawayo’s ward one councillor sent for community service assessment…escape custodial sentence

HORDES of vendors who were defrauded by Ward 1 councilor Josiah Mutangi and his co-accused Janet Zhou who have been convicted of 13 counts of fraud were left dejected as the pair are set to get a non-custodial sentence.

The pair have been sent for community service assessment by Bulawayo Provincial magistrate Mr Richard Ramaboea.
