LATEST: Matemadanda arrested

Zimbabwe National  Liberation War Veterans Association (ZNLWVA) secretary general Cde Victor Matemadanda was today arrested at Rotten Row Magistrates Court  on charges of undermining the authority of the President.

Cde Matemadanda had gone to show solidarity with the association’s spokesperson, Cde Douglas Mahiya, who is facing similar charges.

Meanwhile, Cde Mahiya has been granted $300 bail by Harare magistrate Mr Vakayi Chikwekwe.
