No arrests have been so far in one of the cases that has baffled the police and the public. Police spokesperson Chief Superintendent Oliver Mandipaka yesterday said investigations were still continuing.
“We are still carrying out investigations and we are appealing to anyone with information leading to the arrest of the suspects to contact any nearest police station,” he said.
