THE Leading Learning for Gender Equality (LLGE) programme is being delivered in Chiredzi, Nyanga, and Rushinga districts, with facilitation underway for the first group of school leaders.

LLGE in Zimbabwe aims to improve learning outcomes for young people in school, especially girls.

In a statement, the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education said the programme is running with support from the British Council, the Communication and Advocacy Director in the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Mr Taungana Ndoro, the HigherLife Foundation, and the Ministry of Information, Publicity, and Broadcasting Services.

On Saturday, the Ministry of Education said the Zim Early Learning Policy had hosted a program that included a workshop in Kadoma. The workshop concluded on a high note, with participants expected to cascade the policy in their respective provinces, all the way to the school level.
