The late music icon Leonard “Musorowenyoka” Dembo’s mother Gogo Sukai Pasipanodya has died.
She was 92.
Gogo Pasipanodya died yesterday at her rural home in Mhondoro-Ngezi where she had relocated following the construction of Tugwi-Mukosi Dam in Masvingo.
She had eight children among them was the musical legend Dembo who died in 1994 and 22 grandchildren.
Grandson to Gogo Pasipanodya, Tendai Dembo confirmed the death on his Facebook page.
