LAST week, hip hop star Holy Ten was in the headlines again amid bombshell allegations from his ex-lover that he abused their child by using him to promote his new album, ‘Proud Father.’
His ex-lover Chelsea Hlomayi said the music star was well aware that his son was not feeling well.
Holy Ten dismissed the disturbing claims and said this was just meant to disturb the promotion of his latest project, which has been doing well, since its launch last Monday.
He described it as “just a little noise” and said this should just be ignored.
Chelsea was unhappy that Holy Ten had been posting pictures of their son and this was sending a wrong impression that he cares for the child.
She took to social media yesterday blasting the Gamu hit-maker, and his wife Kimberly, for trying to score points while pretending to be a happy family.
She claimed Holy Ten and Kimberly approached her indicating that they wanted to take her son out for a photoshoot ahead of the album launch.
However, videos have surfaced of Kimberly portraying herself as a proud mother who embraced both Holy Ten’s children.
She said Holy Ten knew his son was sick when he took him for the photo shoot.
Kimberly said it was very unfortunate that Holy Ten chose to exploit a sick child to create content.
She claimed this was a child Holy Ten has neglected since he was born.
What disturbed us is that these adults don’t appear to see the point that whatever differences they might have, they should never draw the kid into the circus.
The kid needs to be protected because he is just an innocent soul.
He doesn’t even know the wrangle between his parents
He doesn’t even understand it and to then use him as an object to try and settle their issues is very unfair.
If the kid was sick, as claimed by Kimberly, then why did she hand him over to Holy Ten to go and have that photo shoot with the boy?
As the person who stays with the kid all the time, she should have considered the state of health of her kid and prioritised it over everything else.
We know that she would have been criticised, likely for refusing to let the child’s father go away with him, but that doesn’t matter.
She would have been the one occupying the high moral ground and that is important.
A true loving parent will not care what social media will do, in terms of criticising her, as long as she knows that what she has done was for the sake of her child.
That is why there have been very strong opinions on social media, in which Chelsea has been criticised, for handing over a kid who was not well, as she claims.
We should always try to protect our kids. There is no compromise when it comes to that.
