LIFE coach and motivational speaker, Amon Tangwena, has encouraged young people to establish a strong foundation for success before turning 30.

Tangwena, who has three years’ experience and has authored three books, Alarm to Wake Me Up, Start to Be Great, and Veins and Arteries of Business, offers training in fields such as business mentorship, goal setting and leadership in schools, companies and organisations.

His Before 30 initiative focuses on helping young people invest in themselves, make wise decisions and utilise the abilities, time and resources they have available.

Tangwena offers leadership training, business mentorship, goal setting skills and proper career guidance, among other life issues.

“I usually conduct training in schools, companies, organisations and churches, I am currently working on publishing more books next year,” said Tangwena.

Journalist Vickie Mlilo, who attended the event, said she felt the need to support the idea.

“I got to talk about mental health which is an important aspect in everyone’s life because at times I feel there is so much pressure and competition among young people.

“It’s important that everyone finds his or her purpose and flourishes in it and not try to be another person. I was able to connect, learn and foster meaningful conversations with future leaders of society,” Mlilo said.
