Lion Lager National Rugby League returns

The schoolboys from the festival will take each other on the elite Super8 tournament which takes place at the same time as the NRL. Bitter rivals Harare Sports Club and Old Hararians will battle it out at OH Sports Club this afternoon in the Mother Of All Derbies.
Both teams will be missing their star players, either due to injuries or absence due to national duty.

HSC will be without their captain Daniel Hondo who is with the Cheetahs on national duty in London. They will also be without Simbarashe ‘Judha’ Chirimuta due to a knee injury and Sean Chigumbura who has a hamstring strain.

Winless Gweru Sports Club host Zvishavane Bulls but the hosts will be without Kilvan Magunje who is also away with the Cheetahs.
Old Miltonians will be seeking their first win at Hartsfield Stadium against their nemesis Western Panthers.

Peterhouse have a daunting task as they travel to Harare for a date against Churchill Bulldogs.
Falcon College will host the Prince Edward Tigers while in-form St George’s host Christian Brothers College in Harare. St John’s College Rams will host Masvingo’s Kyle College in Harare.
