Liverpool have seen a £12.5 million bid to sign England defender Nathaniel Clyne from Southampton accepted as their recruitment drive continues apace. The offer for Clyne, who won the first of his five England caps against Slovenia last November, is understood to be a £10.5m down payment plus £2m in add-ons.
