Lodza demands CAPS consistency

CAPS United coach, Lloyd Chitembwe, says they need consistency now that they have broken their miserable run.

The Green Machine will take on Black Rhinos in a Castle Lager Premiership match at the National Sports Stadium on Sunday.

Makepekepe are coming from their first win in more than half-a-dozen games.

“It’s about consistency and we know it’s not easy,” said Chitembwe.

“This is the reason why we were working.

“We need to be consistent to reach our expectations.

“We have a very big squad.

“We have some young players coming in to join the team and we stand a good chance to win on Sunday.”

Chitembwe will be without two of his regulars, who are out due to injuries.

“We have some players who are out – Marshall (Machazane) and (Rodwell) Chinyengetere are out because of injuries.

“Black Rhinos are going to be a challenge.

“They are among the best performing teams in the league right now.

“Their result last week against Herentals shows that it is never easy in the Premier League.

“Their recent results will tell you that it won’t be easy for us on Sunday.”
