Lutan Fyah to set Harare ablaze

real name is Anthony Martin, is the latest reggae/dancehall musician to visit Zimbabwe after the likes of Sean Paul, Luciano, Sizzla and Elephant Man among others to have performed in Harare in recent years.
The “Baby Come Over” singer is one of the best in the reggae industry and has done collaborations with such artistes as Jah Mason, Luciano and Turbulence.

Fyah as he is popularly called in dancehall circles, has released hit singles that include “Never Surrender My Faith”, “Let Righteousness Be Your Guide”, and “Crab Inna Barrel” among others.
Apart from performing in Zimbabwe, Fyah is set to shoot a video of his hit song “Baby Come Over” during his stay in the country and plans are that he will tour Harare’s ghettoes, visit Lake Chivero and interact with the Rastafarian community in Zimbabwe.

Zimbabwean dancehall artistes who include, Ricky Fire, Jiggaz, Ras Trevor Hall and upcoming teenage sensation, Smartex, who is just 14 years old will support Fyah.
Fyah was born in Spanish Town, Jamaica and he started his musical career in 1999 after he had retired from playing football.
He has not looked back ever since and has released more than five albums – “Time and Place on Lustre Kings”, “Phantom War”, “Healthy Lifestyle” and “You Bring Blessings” among others.
