Local property developing company WestProp have unveiled a luxury gate which offers Millennium Heights residents a gated community access control to Artificial lntelligency (AI) technology which has been fitted at the gate.
Speaking during the launch WestProp Holdings chairman Dr Michael Louis said their effort to build signature infrastructure resonates with their mantra “Bringing Dubai to Zimbabwe”.
He said his company has set itslef to build signature infrastructure that resonates with their “Bringing Dubai to Zimbabwe mantra”.
” This gate signifies our quest for luxury and safety of the customers who have invested in this estate,” Louis said.
“It is because of the hard work, planning and winning attitude that we are here today. I am the chairman of this company because I have ample belief in the capacity and ability of Chief executive officer Kenneth Sharpe and am confident in Zimbabwe.”
“This gate house is not just an entrance into the estate. It is a statement of what lies inside. It has a number of features that make it outstanding and a decorative feature of the massive development.
He added that the gate has a guardroom that will be fitted with the latest 24/7 surveillance and access control Al technology as well as optional alarm systems and home automation for each of the apartments.
“The gate has ablution facilities, electronic boom levers, four lanes two for entrance two for exit with the lanes increasing in number once inside the gated community”he said.
WestProp has constructed such gates at their projects that is Pomona, and Pokugara Properties development in Borrowdale and Pomona respectively.
