MISS Universe Zimbabwe 2025, Lyshanda Moyas has officially begun her quest for the coveted Miss Universe crown, rallying for global votes as the competition heats up in Thailand.

The world’s most beautiful and influential women have are gathered in Thailand.

Radiant, poised, and representing Zimbabwe with grace, Lyshanda has spent the past week in Bangkok making waves, not just through her beauty but also her humility, intelligence, and effortless charm.

Voting for the Miss Universe Fan Vote, which determines who advances to key stages of the competition, has officially opened.

Lyshanda is calling on Zimbabweans and Africans across the globe to unite behind her.

“It’s time to raise our flag high,” Lyshanda said. “Every single vote matters. This is not just about me – it’s about Zimbabwe, Africa, and every young woman who dreams big. Let’s show the world our unity and pride.”

The 26- year-old model and philanthropist, who was crowned in Harare earlier this year, has quickly become one of the standout contestants at the 74th edition of the Miss Universe pageant.

The competition, which celebrates empowerment, diversity, and purpose-driven beauty, will culminate later this month with the crowning of the new queen.

Lyshanda’s journey has been a whirlwind of interviews, charity engagements, and cultural showcases, yet she remains composed and glowing.

Her social media platforms are abuzz with fans from all corners of the world praising her elegance, calm confidence, and authentic representation of Zimbabwe.

“I am deeply moved by all the love and messages I’m receiving from home and beyond,” she said in another post.

“To see people from countries I’ve never even been to say they are voting for me – it’s humbling and powerful. It reminds me that beauty truly knows no borders.”

Since arriving in Thailand, Lyshanda has captivated not only pageant followers but also local fans and fellow contestants.

Her graceful demeanour, striking looks, and radiant skin have drawn attention from photographers and international media outlets, some already dubbing her one of this year’s “faces to watch.”

Her six-day journey so far has included high-profile cultural events, national costume fittings, rehearsals, and bonding sessions with contestants from over 80 countries.

Through it all, she has carried herself with the calm confidence of a queen. “Every day here is a blessing,” Lyshanda said.

“I’ve met incredible women who are strong, passionate, and full of purpose.

“But I also carry my country in my heart every moment. I want the world to know the warmth and resilience of Zimbabwean women.” Her fans back home have been equally vocal.

On social media, hashtags like #VoteLyshanda, #MissUniverseZimbabwe, and #ZimbabweToTheWorld have trended as supporters encourage one another to cast their votes through the Miss Universe app.

Pageant analysts have praised Lyshanda for her consistency, poise, and ability to balance elegance with relatability.

In just under a week, she has secured a loyal following not only in Africa but also across Asia, Europe and Latin America.

Many believe that her combination of beauty, confidence and intelligence could see her advance deep into the competition perhaps even replicating or surpassing South Africa’s Zozibini Tunzi, who famously won the Miss Universe crown in 2019.

As she continues her preparations in Thailand, Lyshanda remains focused on her mission: to inspire, unite, and uplift through grace and purpose.

“Zimbabwe has given me so much love,” she reflected.

“Now I want to give that love back by making everyone proud. Let’s vote together and make history.”

With her radiant smile, graceful presence and carrying the weight of a nation’s hopes, Lyshanda is proving that Zimbabwe’s beauty is not just in its landscapes but in the strength, spirit, and elegance of its women. And as the Miss Universe countdown continues, one thing is clear – the world is watching, and Lyshanda is shining brighter each day.
