State prosecutor Ms Jane Rose Matsikidze intends to call 14 witnesses to buttress the State’s case against Madiro and Mabika.
One of the witnesses, David Muzamana, was disqualified after he was found in the gallery during trial.

The court felt that his evidence would be compromised.
Madiro and Mabika are facing stock theft charges involving 10 cattle bought by Zanu-PF for last year’s 21st February celebrations.
The pair has pleaded not guilty to the charges and instead have charged that their arrest was politically motivated.
