Magistrates Court for Banket

Government has transformed the Banket Circuit Court into a Magistrates Court and the move has been

applauded by litigants and community members.


The Government has since deployed a resident magistrate to the court.


Before the transformation, cases were heard twice a week, with some litigants and clients opting to seek services at the courts in Chinhoyi.


Banket Magistrates Court serves people from the farming town and surrounding areas, including Trelawney, Rafingora, Mapinga and Mutorashanga.
