“If you check, there are several gospel musicians on the show. That must be applauded because that is an equal opportunity for us to come together with one mission. “We thank God for the gig that has managed to bring us together as female gospel musicians,” she said.

For her that is one great opportunity to preach the word of God to people through music.

“The event is good for us as musicians as well as for fans as it will be time to preach the word of God through dancing and singing. Men should also take the opportunity to bring their families to the event,” she said.

She hailed the promoter for her efforts to give several female gospel musicians platform to prove their mettle.

“If you check, there are several gospel musicians on the show. That must be applauded because that is an equal opportunity for us to come together with one mission. It is a rare show and we are looking forward to a great day,” she said.

Several gospel artistes that include Agatha Murudzwa, Carol Mujokoro, Mercy Mutsvene, Joyce Simeti, Jennifer Maneni, Bethen Pasinawako and Ireen Tigere are set to perform at the concert.

Mujokoro, Mustvene and Murudzwa have been maintaining a low profile and their appearance on the gig makes it interesting.
