PROMINENT talk show host, columnist and relationship coach Mrs Rebecca Chisamba yesterday launched her debut book titled “Understanding Relationships: Insights on Strengthening Relationships” at a colourful event in Harare.
Addressing guests, Mrs Chisamba, who also anchors The Sunday Mail’s Society column Mudzimba, said the book is invaluable for those seeking to conquer challenges in relationships and build healthy affairs.
“This book encompasses principles, insights and lessons that I learned over the decades on handling relationships, from starting as a speaker till now when I decided to share some life experiences in writing.
“Due to some counselling and experiences that I have been doing over the years, I noticed that some people face the same challenges.”
She said the book also includes some nuggets from her talk show.
“For those who might have missed the TV shows or didn’t get time to do appointments, I have made it easy for them to just buy a handbook, which they can go through during their spare time.
“The book is unique in that it does not have many pages because I understand that a lot of people nowadays are too lazy to read thick volumes,” she said.
