UPCOMING Gweru-based artist, Baron “Majjesty” Mkweza, has engaged UK-based Zim dancehall artist, Qounfuzed, on his new offering titled Unozvigona.
The refreshing single is a song dedicated to love birds during this month of love.
Music producer, KSG Di Don, and Majjesty, who is also a songwriter and producer, worked together on the production of the song. The visuals of the song were shot by Walle Visuals and are expected to drop in a few days.
“It’s a special love song for all the lovers out there and the main message in the song refers to a lover as ‘the special key’ to the heart.
“I worked with Qounfuzed on the entire song from writing to the studio and I am happy about the final product we released,” said Majjesty.
However, this is not the first time the two have worked together.
They recently dropped a song titled Nzvimbo Yako, which did well on the charts, on YouTube and other online platforms. They also have an EP titled Nyaya Yacho Yakaoma, which they worked on together.
Qounfuzed added:
“It’s a good mentoring experience for me, especially the art of fusing both our creativity together.
“This is only the beginning, we are both still learning new things from each other. “
Majjesty is a rising artist and producer who gained recognition in 2019 when he started producing music for Midlands artists like Xiddo Chikandamina and Unkut, among others.
He is also the one behind Qounfuzed’s 2023 hit songs Nzungu and Mhepo featuring Shashl.
