AMBITIOUS Eastern Region Division One side Eastern Stars have added depth to their side by signing the experienced duo of Lovemore Makwavarara and Charles Manjera for the second half of the season.
Both players were free agents.
But Eastern Stars chose not to sign veteran striker Leonard Tsipa who tried his luck at the club.
Manjera, who played for CAPS, and the nomadic Makwavara, have Premiership experience.
Eastern Stars are currently on third place and trail the leaders by five points.
Coach Taku Shariwa guided his team to a big win against Masvingo United at the weekend.
“I am happy with the progress so far and I hope the second half of the season will remain favourable,” said Shariwa.
