A 33-year-old man proposed love and caressed his 15-year-old uncle.
Not even the fact they are related, despite the uncle being young, could get the mana��s guilty conscience on alert.
He sneaked into the boya��s (uncle) blankets during the dead of the night and began caressing his thighs at the same time stroking his buttocks.
He then whispered sweet nothings into his unclea��s ears but he was turned down leading to the uncle reportingA� the matter to the mana��s grandmother.
He has since appeared before Western Commonage magistrate Tancy Dube.
Prosecuting for the state, September Dube said on an unknown date but in September last year, the man sneaked into the boya��s blankets during the night and caressed his thighs and fondled his buttocks without consent.
a�?The man then proposed love to the boy who turned him down and reported the matter to his grandmother who chased the man out of her house,a�? said Dube.
It was also mentioned that every time the man would cross paths with his uncle he would make love advances.
a�?Whenever the accused person metA�A�A�A� the boy he would propose love to him until the boy reported the matter to the police, leading to the mana��s arrest,a�? said Dube.
He was remanded out of custody to today for continuation of the trial.
