Man hits wife’s with flower vase and stabs her with broken bottle during argument

A 42-YEAR-OLD man from Mzilikazi, Bulawayo has been cuffed after allegedly assaulting his wife following a dispute.
On 2 December 2024 the accused, who the National Prosecuting Authority of Zimbabwe (NPAZ) did not name, allegedly attacked his wife, punching her on the nose and striking her forehead with a flower vase during a heated argument.
He went on to stab her with a crushed bottle, inflicting stab wounds on her left ear and left arm.
In a statement on X, the NPAZ said: “He was remanded to the 18th of December 2024, awaiting medical report.
