A 32-YEAR-OLD man yesterday appeared in court to answer to murder charges.
The suspect, John Kondo, was not asked to plead when he appeared before Harare magistrate Dennis Mangosi.
He will be back in court on October 4.
It is State’s case that on September 18, at K5 Nightclub in Kambuzuma 5, Kondo assaulted a stranger, who collapsed to the ground.
The deceased was pronounced dead upon admission at St Wilfred’s Clinic.
