The court heard that on August 1 this year, the man got home in the evening after spending the day at a beer drink in the village. On arrival at home, the man who sometimes ordered his niece to eat sadza and soup only saying beef stew was for adults, discovered that the minor had eaten all the beef stew that had been left for him.
Incensed, the man took a burning log from the fire and shoved it into the little girl’s genitals inflicting serious injuries.
