A 20-YEAR-OLD Inyathi domestic worker allegedly pounced on his employer and sodomised him in the middle of the night before fleeing to his homestead. Dannity Sibanda allegedly threatened his 19-year-old boss with death on the night he sodomised him. The two were sharing a bedroom. Sibanda is set to appear before regional magistrate, Chrispen Mberewere, today to answer a charge of aggravated indecent assault.

Prosecutors allege that on Thursday last week at around midnight, Sibanda and his employer were sleeping in a bedroom. Sibanda allegedly woke up and removed a pair of shorts worn by his employer and had anal sex with him.

The man woke up and confronted him, indicating that he did not like what Sibanda was doing. Sibanda, it is alleged, threatened him with death if he resisted or revealed the matter to anyone.

After the act, Sibanda, immediately left the room and went to his home in a neighbouring village, it is alleged.

In the morning, Sibanda’s employer proceeded to a village headman and narrated his ordeal. The headman reported the matter to the police leading to Sibanda’s arrest.
