Man to pay fees, $25k for child support

A HARARE woman is demanding $25 000 maintenance, plus school fees, for her child.

Tambudzai Muchato told the court she wanted her ex-husband, Omega Farera, to pay their child’s fees and give her $25 000 for food.

Omega consented to his ex-wife’s demands.

“I do not have a problem paying fees and buying food for my child.

“After all, she is the one doing the rest and making sure my child is in good health, “ he said.

Magistrate Ayanda Dhlamini granted the order.
