A 43-YEAR-OLD lucky Bulawayo man yesterday won a brand new car — Renault Kwid — during the second Liquor Hub Wholesale draw that was held in the city.

The lucky man, Mr Nkosana Moyo could not believe his luck when he was announced the winner. He said it was the second car he has won after a Mitsubishi Colt he won during the 2015 Choppies draw.

“I know how to drive but I don’t have the driver’s licence as yet but this being the second car I have won I believe it’s a sign that I should attain a licence so that I can be able to drive myself. I am still shocked and I need to sit down with my wife so that we decide what to do,” said Mr Moyo.

In an interview, Liquor Hub purchasing manager Mr Stanford Mazura said competitions and prizes were a way of giving back to the community that support their business. Other lucky winners also walked away with fridges, television sets, speakers, DStv decoders, bicycles, solar geysers and $50 vouchers which were officially handed over by the director of Liquor Hub Mr Raj Modi.
