Manica Diamonds, Arenel clash postponed

THE Castle Lager Premier Soccer League (PSL) match between Manica Diamonds and Arenel Movers which was scheduled for this afternoon at Mutare’s Sakubva Stadium has been postponed.

According to the PSL, the match was called off due to the passing on of Manica Diamonds team medic Mogan Ashala.

“Please be advised that the Castle Lager Premier Soccer League match between Manica Diamonds and Arenel Movers scheduled for Sunday September 1, 2024, has been postponed. The fixture will be rescheduled in due course. This has been necessitated by the passing away of Manica Diamonds team medic Morgan Ashala,” advised PSL through their social media pages.

This was one of the PSL Week 25 fixtures that will see Highlanders play host to Herentals College at Barbourfields Stadium while Hwange entertain Chicken Inn at Colliery Stadium.

Dynamos will meet Chegutu Pirates at Rufaro Stadium.
