Maritzburg United look to sign Malajila

And with the striker agreeing personal terms with the ABSA Premiership side what is left is for his club Dynamos, where he has a contract till the end of this year, to open negotiations with the South African side.
Yesterday, the player’s manager Gibson Mahachi said they are likely to reach a deal.
“It looks okay. On Friday we agreed personal terms and what is left is to finalise with Dynamos.  It looks 50-50 and we should have a clearer picture by the end of tomorrow. It is just that the Maritzburg chairman had to

spend the weekend seized with the issue of a new coach. But I don’t think the changes in coaches will affect the deal because his deal is on,” said Mahachi.
Maritzburg are hunting for a new coach and are believed to be eyeing former Amazulu coach Mangoba Mngqithi, Khabo Zondo and their former coach Ernst Middendorp.
The German coach Middendorp was in charge when the former Chapungu hitman first went for trials at the club but ended up signing for Tunisian side Club Africain. He was then loaned to Libyan side Al-Akdhar where

he got caught up in the uprisings which engulfed the North African country early last year.
He returned home to join the Harare giants and helped them to lift the league title and the Mbada Diamonds Cup as he added more firepower to the strike force which had been relying for goals from Premiership

rookie Roderick Mutuma and Patrick Khumbula.
He is one of the senior players expected to lead the Glamour Boys in the Champions League when Dynamos start their campaign in March.
If the deal materialises, these latest developments would leave coach Callisto Pasuwa a worried man.
