FIVE masked men, armed with a pistol, attacked security guards and made off with US$54 200 from a safe at a church in Harare.
The police are investigating the robbery case which occurred on 31 October 2024 around 11pm at a church in Goodhope.
“Five male suspects, who were armed with a pistol, wearing balaclavas, attacked two security guards who were on duty. The suspects ransacked the church complex and stole US$54 200 cash which was in a safe,” said the police in a statement on X.
