URBAN grooves musician, Alishias “Maskiri” Musimbe, says his much-anticipated EP titled Pengaudzoke, is almost done and will be ready for the market soon.
Maskiri is working with radio personality, DJ Shugeta on his EP.
He said fans will be delighted to know that it’s poised to be one of his ‘most beautiful’ work.
The EP consists of four tracks featuring local artists, who include Shinsoman, Shyne and Elliot.
“I want you guys to hear the most beautiful song I have been working on. The four songs carry a love story, how lovers meet, break-up and end up reuniting. The songs also talk about how couples pretend to hate each other,” he said.
The songs are titled Wekare, Pamunondodzoka, Baby Rangu Nyowani, Elliot and Undiregerere.
DJ Shugeta said that it was a dream come true working with Maskiri.
“Imagine God giving you a chance to work with The Greatest Of All Time. Yes I am happy to announce that Maskiri and I have been working on an EP for the past few months.
“The project is almost done and it’s going to blow your mind. Boys dzepaChitungwiza pa1 microphone,” he wrote on his Facebook page.
