MORE than a year has passed since Zimbabweans joined the famous #JerusalemaDanceChallenge that cemented Master KG’s global musical grip with his hit song Jerusalema which featured Nomcebo Zikode and now, the South African house music maestro is back again with another visual masterpiece.
Raising the African flag high, Master KG has held the music fraternity by the scruff of the neck and Zimbabweans can once again, dance to Master KG’s new song titled Shine your light whose visuals he recently released.
The song that was released last month features Senegalese superstar Akon and French DJ, David Guetta.
Barely 24 hours after the video premiered on YouTube yesterday, it has amassed close to 50 000 views (at the time of writing), a sign of appreciation from Master KG’s legion of fans.
The song which was produced by Master KG himself, was shot and directed by Kyle White. The song is rich with lyrics of positivity with its video being released timely as the Jerusalema hit-maker has been on a social media wrangle with fellow singer Nomcebo Zikode over royalties of their hit song Jerusalema.
Master KG, a global darling is no stranger to making hit songs and his current one has all the makings of an international banger especially after featuring universal music stars. – @eMKlass_49
